Thank you for visiting our website. We believe in selling a top quality product that is built with good durable materials for a reasonable price. Our customer service is very prompt, friendly and helpful. Our products are varied from old English to modern. We hope what you see appeals to you.

Please read our policies below before making a purchase.
PAYMENT
Payments must be made in advance of receiving the product. We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), cash, or checks.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added if applicable. If you are tax exempt, we will require a completed tax exempt form.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship items as quickly as possible after receiving the order, but allow up to three weeks as most orders are manufactured at the time of purchase.
Larger packages will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Small packages will be shipped via USPS. We will forward to you the estimated delivery time and tracking number from the shipping receipt.
We ship in the continental US only. Any requests to ship outside of the continental US must be discussed with us first for an accurate quote. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Due to the size or customization of some of our products, customers may arrange to pick up from our location in North Tonawanda, New York. We may also offer to bring the item to a future craft show.
All payments must be made before pick up or delivery can be arranged.
RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted without prior consent within 30 days. Custom orders may not be returned. Any other orders returned will be inspected and returned to inventory. Upon successful inspection, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the rest will be refunded in the manner in which it was originally paid.
Returns may only be made by original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.
DAMAGED GOODS
Any damaged shipments must be photographed before making a claim. (Shipping companies require photographs.)
APPEARANCE
We try to make our products representative of the picture shown in terms of shade, color and grain pattern. If we make a run of 10 of the same product, due to the nature of lumber, there will be slight differences in appearance of shade, color and grain pattern. If you would like to see a picture of the actual piece being sent to you, we will gladly oblige. The inside of the PVC may show a different shade due to the fact that our manufacturer is a green company and creates products with their own recycled material.
PRIVACY
We will only keep your contact information on our files for our own records. For security reasons, we will not have access to your credit card information because it goes through the Square or PayPal.
